The Resource Exchange
It is our honor and privilege to serve approximately 12,000 infants, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors in El Paso, Pueblo, Teller, and Park counties. Advocating for independence and inclusion, TRE partners with children and adults who have a variety of disabilities, delays, mental health or long-term care needs. We do this using a person-centered approach in coordinating care, promoting choices, and collaborating with community partners.
TRE has relationships with over 200 community partners to which we refer our families. Our partners join with TRE to increase opportunities for the people we serve.
At TRE, we strive to be nimble, relevant, responsive, innovative, transformative, and entrepreneurial. We also welcome opportunities to answer questions and to create new partnerships throughout our state, our country, and indeed the world. I hope you’ll feel free to call or e-mail us; you can reach me directly at 719.785.6426 or cheadbatchelor@tre.org.
We invite you to learn our history, meet our Board of Directors, familiarize yourself with our work, understand our funding, but perhaps most of all, reflect on TRE’s organizational values, our DNA that informs every decision we make, every new service line we develop, every new relationship we cultivate.
