Oregon Nonprofit Builds Costumes for Kids in Wheelchairs

There is a nonprofit organization in Oregon called Magic Wheelchair which is building “epic costumes for kiddos in wheelchairs.” Through the work of volunteers, sponsors, and donations they are brightening the lives of children who use wheelchairs.
